Local Pet Market was a startup pet supply company focused on a key principle to educate and inform its customers on healthier and more biologically appropriate feeding solutions for dogs and cats. During my time there I wore many hats as is fairly typical in most startups. I started with split responsibilities to learn the philosophies of the business as well as to establish a design aesthetic for marketing materials, in-store signage, and many other operational standards to help grow the business. I eventually positioned myself as the lead designer and business partner to oversee the daily operations of the business.
